This Policy proposal by Liberal Democrats Overseas and Liberal Democrats In Europe Local Parties was endorsed by the Federal International Relations Committee in July 2019 and was launched at a fringe event at the Liberal Democrat Autumn Conference at 1pm on Sunday 15th September 2019.
